My Own Home

A sense of home and our own personal sanctuary is important to everyone. People with disability are often denied the choice to live where they want and with who they want. How we live reflects who we are and support can be tailored to enable individuals to live independently and as they choose.

My Home, My Way Website

A website by the National Alliance of Capacity Building Organisations (NACBO) containing resources for people with disability and their supporters - including videos, podcasts, booklets and more. These resources are to assist people with disability to thrive in their own home with a range of personally tailored supports.

Jac's Place
